Group Session - Shooting

Service Description

Improve your lacrosse shooting skills with an instructional session from Atom Lacrosse. During this session, we will take you through the fundamentals of lacrosse shooting mechanics and introduce you to advanced techniques to help you increase your shot speed. We will show you the different shooting motions and how to shoot on the run. We will provide guidance and feedback to help you perfect your shot and shape it to your game. All bookings are requests and will be reviewed by a coach before approval - if we have any questions or concerns, we will reach out before approving. Once someone requests a time, it is blocked off for that coach's availability - you don't have to worry about someone else stealing your timeslot!​​ We require all players sign a waiver. You will receive a link to the waiver before your first session. If we don't have it on file at the time of your first session, your coach will coordinate with you at your first session.
